We had a wonderful Reformation Day Joint Worship service with our siblings in Christ at Faith Lutheran Sunday! Unfortunately, the highly coveted Chili Trophy went to Karen Anderson from Faith! Two years in a row they have won the Chili Cook off! We hope to have better luck next year. 

Thanks to the many who worked to set up, who brought chili and desserts and helped behind the scenes. It was a great day to be the church and I am so glad we could be together in worship. The song we sang after my message on the GRACE of God whom we know, love and trust was the song "We are the Church."

So appropriate, with a refrain: "The church is not the building, the church is not the steeple, the church is the people! I am the church, you are the church, we the church together!" And all God's people said "AMEN!"
