Hope you are staying cool in this weather! This art work is the piece I showed at church Sunday.

If you visit katharinewardart.net (with an "a" and k) you will find several pieces of her work all "to glorify God." The pieces are beautifully done and I invite you to visit. 

Even if you are simply out shopping look for spiritual items, pieces of art, etc that might be a blessing to your home! We all need reminders of God in daily life!

TOP THREE THINGS TO KNOW FOR THIS WEEK OF JUNE 19:

1) Clothes Closet this Saturday from 10:00-11:30. The folks who visit us for clothes always come in the first hour. 

2) Joint Worship at Faith Lutheran, Avon July 21 at 10:00 a m. We will have as our guest, Bishop Bill Gafkjen as he will retire September 1.

3) Thank you to your Council: Jan, Jennifer, Amanda, Jamie, Mark, Lisa, and Jim for their time Saturday. We spent the day with Pr Nancy Nyland from the Synod office discussing our future. More information will be forthcoming.
