Friends:

Please pray for me, and your Church Council, as we meet Saturday to see if we can sort out God's call on our future. This retreat will be led by Melissa Schroeder, IK Synod who took the place of Pr. Nancy Nyland.

Again, as has been said, no set decision about the future of St. Andrew’s has been decided. We will not be deciding the future Saturday. We will try and come up with directions, some ideas/plans and present these to the congregation at a future point.

Meanwhile, please continue to attend worship, give as you always have, and take part in the ministry. We are not for sale, we have not ceased to exist, so "all hands-on deck!" If you have questions please reach out to the Council member who is your "shepherd" and ask away. This is YOUR congregation and we are in this together as a family of faith. Let's stay up and alert, invite someone to church with you and let us pray. Amen.

TOP THREE THINGS TO KNOW FOR THIS WEEK OF JULY 16:

1. Pray for your Council: Pastor, Jamie, Mark, Matt, Darren, Karen, Jim, and

Amanda. Jan Smith will attend because of her experiences as our recent President. 

2. Summertime is a time of slowing down and resting/relaxing, vacations and

travel. Please consider, prayerfully, to go online and raise you giving with whatever God leads you to do. Small amounts, or large, all go to take care of our property and building and run our ministry. 

3. Faith Food Pantry, Saturday morning 9-11, if you are free please head over

and volunteer to help. Each month Faith feeds 40-50 cars representing 100's of individuals and families. By the way, were you aware that Lori Becker, Faith, has been a huge help with the Laundry ministry? Let's return the favor and head over.
