Friends:
The Clothing Closet is a wonderful ministry providing much needed clothing to our neighbors. Most who come for the clothes come because they have heard about us from the schools or others in the community. Most who come do not speak any English, nor is it all Hispanic either. We pray for them and ask God to bless our Closet, Pat Tumey who leads the way and the strong volunteers like Karen Havlik, Jeannie Hermerding, Mary Whalin, Bob Fisher, the Holtmans and many others too many to name! If you are free this Saturday morning, come over from 10-12 and help out. Pat can always use help sorting out the clothes and helping customers!
I hope and pray you are learning a little about Our Neighbors Faith during the Summer Sermon Series! Up this coming Sunday will be the African American Methodist-Episcopal church!
TOP THREE THINGS TO KNOW FOR THE WEEK OF JUNE-TEENTH:
1) Missing anyone? If you haven't seen a fellow member in awhile, please reach out and make a call or email! If you don't have a current directory, there are a few copies on the table in lobby or call MJ in the office! Follow along with the monthly birthdays in the newsletter and send cards to one another. Reach out and love and pray  and send a card of encouragement to: Bobbie Moore, Dale Willman, Suzanne DeBoer and to Kenny Smith. We need each other!!
2) Clothes Closet this Saturday, 10-12
3) Thank you to the many who donated snacks and drinks for the youth group from Wisconsin who recently stayed at church! They were thrilled by our hospitality and appreciated time to rest and "hang out" at our church. They left us a thank you note card on the table in lobby!
God be with you until we meet again!
